College U-Pass

All NKU and Gateway students, faculty and staff ride free on TANK.

There are no forms to fill out and no paperwork to sign. Anyone with a valid NKU All-Card or current Gateway ID can ride TANK routes free, through a contractual arrangement between TANK and the school.

It’s simple — simply swipe your ID in the farebox when you board the bus. If the ID is valid, your ride is free!

The program is an effort to help lighten the financial burden of attending college. There are obvious environmental implications as well. The U-PASS program makes Gateway and NKU campuses more accessible than ever to students and makes it possible to go to college without a car.
