Full-Time Fixed Route Operators

TANK bus operators receive paid training, competitive pay and benefits, retirement program and a supportive and positive work environment. It’s not just a job – it’s a career! CDL Permit or License (Class B with passenger and air brake) is preferred, however applicants do not need a CDL to apply. Qualified applicants will receive fully paid training through the CDL process. TANK bus operator pay begins at $18.16 per hour for trainees, with raises every year for three years. You’ll have a great career as you progress over three years to $24.41 per hour.

Special Service Operator

Under the direction of the Manager of Special Services, provides safe, efficient, on-time, door-to-door delivery of passengers by means of public transportation on our RAMP/Paratransit service. The responsibility of the Special Services Operator is to drive a Special Service bus in a safe, courteous and reliable manner throughout the TANK service area within a daily assigned schedule. You will also assist in the boarding/alighting of all passengers including those in wheelchairs and with mobility aids, among other responsibilities. A drivers license is required.

Administrative Support

This is a full-time, in-person position. The Benefits Support Specialist administers various employee benefit programs and assists with general Human Resource and administrative functions. This position’s starting rate is $17.08 to $19.50 depending upon qualifications and experience.

Manager of Scheduling

TANK is seeking a full-time Manager of Scheduling. Transit scheduling experience preferred; however, other similar experience will be considered. The Manager of Scheduling develops schedules, including cutting, vacation, and job picks, in accordance with service improvement plans and the labor agreement. Executes responsibilities in accordance to the short and long-term service plans. Works in close conjunction with the Manager of Planning to assess route/schedule efficiency and productivity and make suggestions for future service. Annual salary range between $54,000 and $65,000, based upon experience and qualifications.
